About Cory Maggio

Being a Santa Clarita native is truly a blessing and I am so grateful for my connection with family, long time friends, as well as my real estate business.  I’ve lived in Santa Clarita for about thirty years and I am now coming up on eight years of selling real estate! I went to college before diving into the real estate business and achieved both an associates degree and bachelors degree. I achieved my A.S. in Small Business Management from College of the Canyons and achieved my B.A. in Business Leadership & Communication from CSU Channel Islands.  Shortly after graduating was when I decided to get my real estate license and take over my fathers business.  My father started the family business right here in Santa Clarita in 1986.  I love this town, love its location, love the people in it, and I don’t see myself ever leaving.  I am proud to carry on the family name and be a Maggio Real Estate Agent and I am truly honored to hang my license at PRIME Real Estate next to all of my amazing peers!
